Brenda Reeves Harrington is a senior advisor specializing in compensation strategy and program development.

With more than 25 years of experience, Brenda helps organizations design compensation structures that support business goals, ensure market competitiveness, and align with organizational culture.

Her experience spans a wide range of industries including healthcare, government, utilities, research, higher education, nonprofit, and transportation. Prior to joining CMA she held director level roles leading compensation functions within large organizations.

Brenda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Memphis.
