Cathy Nugent

Senior HR Advisor

Cathy Nugent is a senior advisor who works with organizations to align people strategy with business growth.

With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, she advises organizations on organizational development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and strategic HR initiatives.

Cathy has held HR leadership roles with organizations including Martin’s Point Health Care, Specialized Bicycles, L.L. Bean, CIEE, and Hannaford Supermarkets.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Southern Maine.
