Charles Wilkinson, SPHR

Compensation and Federal Contract Practice Leader

Charles Wilkinson is a senior advisor with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through complex HR and workforce challenges.

He works with leadership teams on employee relations strategy, compensation and benefits planning, recruiting practices, compliance, and HR systems. His advisory work has supported organizations across a wide range of industries nationwide.

Earlier in his career Charles served as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for a regional bank holding company.

He is a past president of the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management and currently serves as president of the Alabama Industry Liaison Group. Charles holds the lifetime designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources.
