Dan Collins

Operations and Client Advisor

Dan Collins plays a key role in the operations and client support functions at Career Management Associates, helping ensure that client engagements run smoothly from planning through delivery.

Dan works closely with the CMA advisory team to coordinate projects, manage internal systems, and support client initiatives. In recent years he has taken on a more client facing role, assisting organizations with the implementation of programs and initiatives developed through CMA’s advisory work.

Before joining CMA, Dan built a career in high performance operational environments, including leadership roles within the NASCAR industry where he served as both Shop Manager and Crew Chief. These experiences developed his ability to manage complex projects, maintain focus under pressure, and support teams working toward demanding goals.

Dan is a graduate of the NASCAR Technical Institute and brings a practical, execution focused mindset to the CMA team.
