Kelly Flagg, SPHR

Trainer

Kelly Flagg works with organizations to design and deliver leadership and workforce development programs that strengthen communication, engagement, and workplace performance.

Her background includes running a family business as well as leading HR and employee engagement initiatives for larger organizations. She specializes in leadership development, communication training, and customized learning programs tailored to each organization’s needs.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Health from the University of Southern Maine and the SPHR designation.
