Meet The Team

Krista Irmischer, MSc, MCC

Executive Coach

Krista Irmischer is an executive coach who works with leaders to strengthen their
effectiveness, expand their leadership capacity, and lead with greater clarity and impact.

She brings more than 20 years of experience supporting business leaders and
leadership teams through coaching and organizational development work.

Krista is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching
Federation, the highest credential awarded by the organization and held by only a small
percentage of coaches worldwide. Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate
complex challenges, develop greater self awareness, and lead in ways that allow both
individuals and teams to thrive.

Earlier in her career Krista served on the executive management team at Jøtul North
America, where she led the human resources function and helped support the
organization’s strong culture and leadership development efforts. Prior to that she
worked in the social work field supporting adolescents alongside leading clinicians, an
experience that shaped her belief in the power of thoughtful inquiry and meaningful
conversation to drive personal and professional growth.

Today Krista works with executives and emerging leaders across industries, helping
them build stronger leadership practices and create more meaningful and effective
careers.

Krista holds a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching
Psychology from the University of East London and is a Certified ICF Mentor Coach.
She is also certified in multiple leadership and assessment frameworks including
Leadership Effectiveness Assessment 360, EQ-i Emotional Intelligence, LIFO, and
Conscious Business Coaching.

Krista splits her time between Portland, Maine and Dublin, Ireland while working with
clients throughout North America.
