Suzanne Higgins Dedman

Senior HR Advisor

Suzanne Higgins Dedman advises organizations on compensation strategy and program design that supports both business performance and employee engagement.

Her work includes compensation structure design, market pricing, job evaluation systems, and the development and communication of compensation programs. She also brings experience across broader HR functions including benefits, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.

Prior to joining CMA, Suzanne served as a consultant with Hay Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers and held corporate HR leadership roles including Director of Human Resources for a publicly traded technology company.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
